The “Good 4 U” singer, 20, and the producer, 26, werefirst linked in the summer of 2021and dated for over six months beforePEOPLE confirmed their breakupin February 2022.

Though the couple never commented on their relationship status when they were dating, Rodrigo told PEOPLE in June 2022 thatshe was a “lot happier now"than when she wrote the lyrics to her hit debut albumSour.
