The love is strong betweenJana Kramerand fiancéAllan Russell.
After welcoming their newborn sonRoman Jamesearlier this month, Kramerposted to Instagramon Monday to celebrate her and Russell’s one-year anniversary, sharing a relationship montage video as well as a sweet note.
She continued, “Amazing what can happen in a year 💙. Here’s to many more.”
Underneath the post, Kramer’s ex-husbandMike Caussin— with whom she shares daughterJolie, 7, and sonJace, 5 — left a supportive comment. “I. Can’t. 🫠🥹🙌🏻,” wrote the former football star.
Earlier this month, Kramer and Russell, 42, welcomed their newborn, telling PEOPLE in a statement at the time, “Allan and I are both overjoyed and truly grateful to announce the birth of our son, Roman James Russell. We feel blessed to have been given the chance to create something so special together.”

Last week, Caussin, 36, opened up about his gratitude for Kramer and Russell in a heartfeltThanksgivingInstagram post, which featured a photo of himself and the engaged couple with Jolie and Jace.
“I’m going against my own reasoning for creating this account and choosing to make a personal post,” Caussin began in the caption. “I have an immense amount to be thankful for, most of which is my family. Starting with my parents and siblings. Simply said … they epitomize unconditional love.”
“Next is my ‘modern family,’ " he continued alongside the Thursday photo post. “I’m incredibly grateful for where@kramergirland I are at in our relationship. We have both found a way to flourish for ourselves and more importantly the kids. The fact that she has found someone like@superiorstrikeronly adds to my level of gratitude towards the entire situation.”
“Jolie and Jace have the gift of three parents that love them and will do anything to protect them. As a father, what more could I ask for… Happy Thanksgiving 🙌🏼,” Caussin concluded his post, which Kramer reposted toher Instagram Storyalongside the word “thankful” and a blue heart emoji.

Explaining Caussin’s reaction to learning about the engagement on a FaceTime call with their daughter, Kramer recalled, “He was like, ‘Hey, I’m really happy for you. Allan’s a great guy.'”
After thanking Caussin, Kramer explained that she started to cry overher ex’s reaction.
“Because he goes, ‘Of all people, you deserve to have someone who loves you and respects you. You deserve this. After everything I put you through, you deserve this more than anyone.’ And it meant so much to me that he said that,” she said.
