George Clooneyis dishing it out toBrad Pitt!
Joking about their onscreen reunion in an interview surrounding his new filmThe Boys in the Boat, Clooney, 62, said of his fellowOscarwinner, “Pretty boy Pitt? Yeah, he needed work. He’s an up-and-comer.”
“It feels like a lot of time has passed. Too much time,” Clooney quipped.

Pitt, who turns 60 on Monday, became the first actor to hold the title of PEOPLE’sSexiest Man Alivetwice in 2000, with Clooney becoming the second person to do so six years later.
TheBullet Trainactor called Clooney one ofthe “most handsome men in the world,“past and present, during a September 2022 interview withVogue, in which he also namedPaul Newman.
“He’sright about that. Let’s face it. He’s right,” Clooney joked of Pitt onCBS This Morningthat same month, after the latter made the comment.
“I think the truth is … the first time he answered it, he said himself,” Clooney continued. “And they said, ‘Maybe don’t say that. Do another take.’ "

Wolvesfollows two lone-wolf fixers (Clooney and Pitt) as they are assigned to carry out the same job, according toThe Hollywood Reporter.
Both stars are taking on dual credit acting and producing the movie through their production companies.Jon Watts, who directed the three latestSpider-Manfilms, wrote the screenplay and will direct the movie.
Wolvesreunites Pitt and Clooney back on camera for the first time since 2008’sBurn After Reading.
When asked about working together on another project, Clooney joked to PEOPLE in October 2021 that “Brad was obviouslythe cheapest of the actors available.”
“He’s a friend of mine and we have a really good time together,” he added. “I’m really looking forward to it.”
