Apparently , the final frontier is a lot closer for Australians than everyone else . Paramount have announced thatJJ Abrams ‘ reimaginedStar Trekwill get its universe premiere at the Sydney Opera House next calendar month .
The April 7th premiere is just the start of an outside serial publication of premieres ( including Austria , Belgium , France , Germany , Japan , South Korea , the Netherlands , New Zealand , Russia , Spain and the UK ) , before the movie open here on May 8th .
